Abstract
Abstract A process for regenerating an adsorbent mass contained in an adsorption column and used for the isothermic separation of at least two gaseous constituents by a succession of adsorption and desorption operations, in which the regeneration of the mass is effected by desorption of at least one of the most adsorbable gaseous constituents, this desorption being effected by a fall in pressure and elution under constant pressure, and an elution with simultaneous raising of the pressure without withdrawal of the eluant gas precedes the said elution under constant pressure and succeeds the said fall in pressure.
