Abstract Radiant-energy photosensitive crystalline alkali metal salts of polyacetylenicpolyoic acids and the partial lower alkyl esters of the acids, which acids contain a minimum of two acetylenic linkages as a conjugated system; and a preparing of a clear and transparent body containing polyvinyl alcohol fixedly positioning dispersed radiant-energy photosensitive crystalline alkali metal salts.
