Abstract A PROCESS FOR PREPARING AN ANHYDRIDE OF TRIVALENT PHOSPHORUS FROM AN ANHYDRIDE OF PENTAVALENT PHOSPHORUS USING ELECTRONICALLY-EXCITED HELIUM IS DISCLOSED.
