Abstract
Abstract A pressure-sensitive adhesive backing is applied to articles by adhering the surface of the articles to a belt coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. The belt passes through a curing oven and a backing sheet is coated with a release coating is applied over the cured adhesive before release from the belt.
