Abstract
Abstract A 3-alkoxy- or 3-aryloxy-2-(diaryl-hydroxy)-methyl-propylamine of the formula IN WHICH Ar and Ar'', which may be the same or different, are unsubstituted or substituted aryl groups, R is an aliphatic, aryl or arylaliphatic group, and A is a secondary or tertiary amino group, or an acid addition salt thereof. The compound has coronarodilating properties and central nervous system activity.
