Abstract
Abstract Polyvalent antigens, including polyvalent vaccines, containing immunizing antigens from two or more selected strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Optionally, the polyvalent antigens are administered to a host to produce an immune globulin. The immune globulin can be used in the form of a whole blood product, a plasma, a serum, or the isolated globulin. The products of the invention are capable of inducing protection against infection with a relatively high percentage of randomly-encountered strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
