Abstract
Abstract Disclosed are 5,6,7 or 8-benzamido isoquinolines, tetrahydroisoquinolines and decahydroisoquinolines, processes of producing these compounds and intermediates useful in such processes. Some of the compounds have useful biological activity. Thus, 5(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzamido)-2-methyl decahydroisoquinoline has antiarrhythmic activity in animals.
