THE SOLDER GLASS OF THIS INVENTION IS CHARACTERIZED BY A REMARKABLY LOW COEFFICIENT OF THERMAL EXPANSION AND WHICH IS CAPABLE OF PROTECTING A SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE.
