Abstract

Abstract There is disclosed a process for reserving and redeveloping crimp involving removing the crimp from self-crimped composite fibers, which originally developed their crimp under rather severe temperature or humidity conditions or both, then processing the decrimped fiber to the desired end product and finally redeveloping the original crimp by mild processing conditions.
