Abstract
Abstract The present dialkylaminoalkyl and related esters of adamantanethiocarboxylic acids possess anti-inflammatory activity and activity against a variety of organisms. Thus, they are antibacterial, anti-protozoal, anti-fungal, and anti-algal agents. The compounds are prepared by the reaction of an adamantanecarboxylic acid halide with an appropriate dialkylaminoalkanethiol or similar compounds.
