Abstract An improved hydrated emulsifier having from 30-65 percent lipoidal emulsifier component emulsified with from 70-35 percent water, the improvement comprising including at least about 30 percent by weight of the lipoidal emulsifier component of an edible alkoxylated partial fatty acid ester of glycerol.
