Abstract
Abstract Bacteria are preserved by centrifuging a broth culture, mixing the bacterial sediment with gelatin, diethylaminoethyl dextran and monosodium glutamate, and drying at ambient temperature on a non-adhering support surface. The product is useful as a control for test procedures and reagents.
