Abstract
Abstract 3-(3'',5''-Dihalogenophenyl)imidazolidine-2,4-dione derivatives, which may be substituted with alkyl or phenyl in the 1 and/or 5 positions, are new compounds, and have high microbicidal activity on various fungi and bacteria and are non-toxic to plants and mammals. Those compounds are prepared by the intramolecular cyclization of a corresponding urea derivatives.
