Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a method for treating plastic work pieces, in general, and foil surfaces, in particular, to improve the adhesion of printing inks to at least one of the foil surfaces and wherein the foil is passed over a counter electrode and is subjected to electric high-frequency voltages having a frequency of 20-80 kc transmitted to the foil by means of electrodes directed towards its surface.
