Abstract
Abstract IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS INVENTION THERE IS PROVIDED AN IMPROVED TOUGH AND WEAR RESISTANT COMPOSITE OF HARD CERAMIC BONDED TO RUBBER OR OTHER ORGANIC RESIN BY MEANS OF A METALIZED LAYER ON THE CERAMIC WHICH IS BONDED TO THE CERAMIC AND TO WHICH THE ORGANIC RESIN FORMS A BOND THEREBY TO GREATLY INCREASE THE BOND STRENGTH BETWEEN THE CERAMIC AND THE RESIN.
