Abstract COHESIVE POLYMERIZED OLEFIN FILMS ARE PREPARED BY (A) INTIMATELY ADMIXING A POLYMERIZED OLEFIN, SUCH AS POLYETHYLENE, WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF A VISCOUS LIQUID, SUCH AS POLYPROPYLENE GLYCOL HAVING A MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF 2,000, AND (B) EXTRUDING THE RESULTING MIXTURE IN THE FORM OF A THIN, TRANSPARENT FLEXIBLE SHEET.
