Abstract
Abstract THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER COMPOSITIONS CONTAIN A PLASTICISER HAVING ADDITION-POLYMERISABLE DOUBLE BONDS AND A POLYTHIOL. THE COMPOSITIONS CAN BE CURED BY EXPOSURE TO FREE-RADICALS, AND IT IS BELIEVED THAT THE CURED PRODUCT IS A POLYTHIOETHER. PREFERABLY THE THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER IS VINYL CHLORIDE AND THE PLASTICISER DIALLYL PHTHALATE. THE COMPOSITIONS ARE USEFUL FOR FORMING PROTECTIVE OR DECORATIVE COATINGS.
