Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 9
Claim 1
Independent Claim 17 words
The process of claim 1 comprising the additional step of removing said filler particles from said powder.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 16 words
A process as defined in claim 2 wherein said filler particle is a water-soluble inorganic salt.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 16 words
A process as defined in claim 2 wherein said filler particle is a water-soluble organic compound.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 22 words
A process as defined in claim 2 wherein the average diameter of the filler particles before comminuting is up to 0.10 inches.

Claim 6
Dependent Claim 24 words
A process as defined in claim 1 wherein said comminuting action is carried out in the presence of a solvent for said filler particles.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 23 words
A process as defined in claim 1 wherein said filler particle is less resistant to fracture on impact than is said organic material.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 25 words
A process as defined in claim 1 wherein said filler comprises at least 25% by volume of the mixture to be subjected to comminuting action.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 16 words
A process as defined in claim 1 wherein said organic polymeric material is a thermosetting resin.
