Abstract
Abstract A counting device for measuring the repetition rate of a pulse signal which uses a monostable multivibrator including a constant-voltage diode connected in parallel with one of two switching elements which are connected in a monostable multivibrator configuration, thereby producing a measuring output signal which is independent of any voltage change in the operating power source for the monostable multivibrator.
