Abstract
Abstract A process for the preparation of noncaking, grained ammonium nitrate by effecting the graining of molten ammonium nitrate in the presence of moisture and sodium alkyl naphthalene sulfonate in a ratio of about 0.01 to 0.1 percent by weight at a temperature from about 230* to over 300* F.
