FOR EXAMPLE, BETA-CHLORETHYLMETHYLDIMETHOXYSILANE IS REACTED WITH THIOUREA IN THE ABSENCE OF A SOLVENT AT 105* C. FOR 3 HOURS TO GIVE THE CORRESPONDING ISOTHIURONIUM SALT OF THE SILANE.
