Abstract

Abstract Manufacture of a light-sensitive layer of polymers capable of being cross-linked under the action of light. Polymers of this type are esterification products of polyhydric alcohols with unsaturated carboxylic acids having at least one carbon-carbon double bond conjugated with the carboxyl group. The lightsensitive layer is especially suitable for the manufacture of printing plates and etch resists.
