IN AND ACIDIC SOLUTION OF A PEROXYDIPHOSPHATE COMPOUND, SUCH AS POTASSIUM PEROXYDIPHOSPHATE. OPTIONALLY, THE SOLUTION MAY ALSO CONTAIN A FLUORIDE SALT.
