Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 7
Claim 1
Independent Claim 25 words
The method of claim 1 wherein the steps of condensing and abrasivelike action are carried out in repetitive alternation during the same gross coating process.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 21 words
The method of claim 1 wherein the steps of condensing and abrasivelike action are carried out simultaneously on a macroscopic scale.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 44 words
The method of claim 1 wherein the steps of the process are carried out in an ambient vacuum zone and gas is removed from the zone during coating and with the deposition of coating being essentially a straight line flow from source to substrate.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 14 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the substrate comprises a plurality of discrete parts.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 24 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the substrate comprises a continuous web in the form of a film, foil, sheet, wire or the like.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 15 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the coating is stripped from its substrate after coating.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 18 words
The process of claim 1 wherein an alloy coating composition is deposited and homogenized through said abrasivelike action.
