Abstract
Abstract Method for applying liquid color to smooth, flexible sheet material in defined areas, said method comprising loading a container, said container having downwardly directed outlets corresponding to the defined areas covered by mesh screen, with the liquid color so that menisci are formed at the lower surface of the screen, and contacting the sheet material to the exterior of said mesh screen so as to break said menisci and transfer the liquid to the surface.
