Abstract

Abstract A composite circuit member is formed of a base plate of an electrostrictive material. Control elements for the electrostrictive operation are located on opposite surfaces of the base plate. Electrodes of a condenser are also mounted thereon. To control the frequency response characteristics of the condenser, the electrodes are covered with a coating of a highpolymer resin such as epoxy resin.
