Abstract A METHOD AND MEANS FOR CONTINUOUSLY SEALING OF MEMBERS TOGETHER SUCH AS MEMBERS MADE OF PLASTIC WHEREIN THERE IS PROVIDED AN AUTOMATIC FEEDER SYSTEM AND A NESTED ROTATING HORN WHICH PRODUCES OR PROVIDES ULTRASONIC ENERGY OR KINETIC ENERGY IN THE FORM OF SHEAR WAVES SO THAT THE VIBRATION DIRECTION OF THE HORN IS IN SHEAR.
