Abstract

Abstract A belly-band having a main body formed of a relatively thin rubberized web, a piled rubberized relatively thick textured member adhered to one side of the main body having the same configuration as the main body. The main body and textured member are sewed together along their peripheral edges. Synthetic resin hook pieces are sewed to the other side of the main body, and have bristles on their exposed sides whereby when the band is applied on the belly of a person the piles of the textured member may be interlocked with the bristles of the hook pieces to maintain the belly-band on the belly in a stabilized state.
