Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to a primer composition comprising a solution of organosilicates and condensed titanates of the formula (Ti)n(0)m(OR)p, wherein R is an organic radical having from one to 20 carbon atoms, n is an integer of at least 2, m is an integer of at least 1 and p is an integer of at least 4 and use of the primer composition to adhere silicone rubber to substrates.
