Abstract
Abstract Liquid salad dressing base of an edible oil carrying oilinsoluble particles of essential oil in emulsion form in a watersoluble matrix, whereby upon addition of an aqueous phase and shaking the water-soluble matrix dissolves forming a finished salad dressing containing all the necessary oil, flavor and aqueous materials.
