Abstract
Abstract A photographic light-sensitive material containing, in at least one layer thereof, a polymer having the following recurring monomer units: Where Ro is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl or sulfoalkyl, R1 and R2 are halogen, M is alkali metal or ammonium, R and R'' are hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, sulfoalkyl, carboxyalkyl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl, and A is -(CH2)4-, -(CH2)5-, -(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2- or -(CH2)2-S(CH2)2- R1 and R2, and R and R'' may be the same or different.
