Abstract
Abstract A method for producing etched rubber products for use in printing wherein cured rubber products formed from diolefin polymer compounds are treated with aromatic nitrocompounds, masked and exposed to light to selectively degrade the exposed areas. The degraded material is removed leaving the unexposed area as a raised surface.
