Abstract AN APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING SAME FOR TRANSFORMING A TUBULAR BLANK INTO A SHORTENED TUBULAR MEMBER HAVING A CIRCUMFERENTIALLY EXTENDING SECTION OF A DESIRED CONFIGURATION AND EXPANDED DIAMETER.
