Abstract
Abstract A method of making voice coils having no mold release taper comprising pouring a casting resin into a mold including a nontapered outer member and a nontapered inner member, dropping a preformed coil of conductive material through the resin, curing the resin, forcing the inner member out the bottom of the coil and forcing the coil out the top of the outer member.
