Abstract

Abstract A process of forming a fuel cell electrode comprised of a nickel oxide-cobalt oxide spinel surface is disclosed. The process consists of first forming a nickel oxide layer on a substrate, then impregnating it with a solution of a cobalt salt and subsequently oxidizing the impregnated substrate to form the mixed oxide spinel-type electrode.
