Abstract

Abstract A system for monitoring the operation of a circuit configuration including test circuit points therein is disclosed wherein a test network is utilized including a plurality of impedance elements, such as resistors, coupled between the test circuit points and a load impedance element, such as a resistor, with the output from the load impedance element being sensed by, for example, an oscilloscope. The plurality of impedance elements are selected to have a predetermined relationship with respect to each other, such as being weighted for monitoring a counting operation or having substantially equal values for a sequential operation.
