Abstract An exclusive AND/OR circuit device comprising an exclusive AND/OR circuit element which is formed of a pair of first and second field-effect transistors having substantially the same properties; the source of one of said transistors being connected to the gate of the other; another pair of third and fourth fieldeffect transistors whose sources are grounded; the drains of the latter transistors being connected to the input terminal of said exclusive AND/OR circuit element and also to a power source through load elements respectively.
