Claim 1
Independent Claim 250 words
A fuel supply controlling apparatus comprising a fuelsupplying conduit system having one end opened in a fuel reservoir for storing fuel and the other end provided with a fuel delivery nozzle, means for sucking up the fuel from said reservoir, said sucking up means being provided in said fuel supplying conduit system, a code board member formed in a predetermined shape corresponding to a predetermined code number, a controlling unit into which said code board number, a controlling unit into which said code board member is inserted, a code number detection means for detecting said code number corresponding to the shape of said code board member inserted into said controlling unit and for generating a signal representative of said code number, said code detection means being provided in said controlling unit, and a printing means receiving said signal from said code detection means and for printing said code number, said code number detection means comprising at least one rotary body adapted to be rotated through a predetermined angle corresponding to the shape of said code board member, at least one contact baseplate having a plurality of angularly spaced contacts and being fixedly provided opposite to said rotary body, and sliding members provided on said rotary body fOr rotation therewith, and sliding on the contacts of said contact baseplate upon rotation of said rotary body, said signal generated by said code number detection means corresponding to the respective contact in contact with said sliding member of said code number detection means.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 250 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 64 words
The fuel supply controlling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a flowmeter provided in said fuel-supplying conduit, said flowmeter measuring the amount of supplied fuel and generating a signal of flow quantity, and wherein said printing means prints said code number transmitted from said code detection means and the amount of supplied fuel in response to the signal transmitted from said flowmeter.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 37 words
The fuel supply controlling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said printing means is provided in a room which is remote from said controlling unit and from said fuel supplying conduit including said fuel delivery nozzle.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 81 words
The fuel supply controlling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said printing means comprises printing key driving coils respectively and individually connected to the contacts of said contact base plates and printing keys for printing the figures driven by said driving coils, wherein said printing key driving coils connected to said contacts in contact with said sliding members corresponding to the shape of said code board member being closed through said sliding members and contacts and driving said printing keys.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 106 words
The fuel supply controlling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, comprising a plurality of said rotary bodies, said bodies comprising rotary bodies, rotary cam plates having steps successively at equal intervals on their outer peripheries said contact baseplates having said plurality of contacts at the same angular intervals as the steps of said rotary cam plates, said code board member being a plane code board having longitudinal recesses of a length adapted to engage with predetermined steps of said rotary cam plates corresponding to a predetermined code number, said code board being inserted into the apparatus in a radial plane vertical to said rotary cam plates.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 37 words
The fuel supply controlling apparatus as claimed in claim 5, further comprising means for positively rotating said rotary cam plates until the stepped portions of said rotary cam plates engage with the recesses of said code boards.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 78 words
The fuel supply controlling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rotary bodies are rotary gears having teeth on the outer peripheries thereof, said code board member being a code board having racks of a toothlike form, each rack having a length corresponding to the code number, and said rotary gears are in mesh with the racks of said code board being inserted and one thereby rotated through predetermined angles corresponding to the length of said racks.
