Abstract
Abstract A picture supporting hook or nail is equipped with a temporary holder which enables the user to position the hook or nail on the wall at a safe distance from the fingers while hammering. The temporary holder also prevents separation of the hook and nail accidentally prior to hammering and greatly facilitates the handling of these small parts. After hammering, the holder is stripped away and discarded.
