Abstract
Abstract A METHOD FOR COATING AN ARTICLE WITH POWDER INCLUDES DIRECTING ONE OR MORE AIR-SUSPENDED POWDER SPRAYS INTO A CHAMBER THROUGH WHICH THE ARTICLE IS MOVED. THE SPRAYS ARE ELECTROSTATICALLY DEPOSITED ON THE ARTICLE. UNDEPOSITED POWDER IS FLUIDIZED WITHIN THE CHAMBER AND WITHDRAWN IN A FLUIDIZED STATE. THE FLUIDIZED POWDER SO WITHDRAWN MAY BE RE-SUPPLIED TO THE SPRAYS.
