Abstract PRODUCTION OF SELF-EXTINGUISHING, NON-GLOWING, FILLERCONTAINING RUBBER BLENDS WHICH ARE CAPABLE OF BEING VULCANIZED, BY INCORPORATING A FLAMEPROOFING AGENT INTO THE FILLER-CONTAINING RUBBER BLEND. THE FLAMEPROOFING AGENT IS A TERNARY MIXTURE CONSISTING OF PULVERULENT RED PHOSPHORUS, AMMONIUM BROMIDE AND A CHLORINATED PARAFFIN.
