Abstract A HARDSTOCK COMPOSITION COMPRISING TWO COMPONENTS COMBINED IN CERTAIN PORPORTIONS PROVIDES IMPROVED BETAPRIME-PHASE STABILITY IN PLASTIC SHORTENING.
