Abstract
Abstract A refuse bag holder comprising means for supporting a flexible, crushable refuse bag with the top edge open and means for cinching the bag beneath the open top thereof to effect a closure, the cinching means normally closing the container and operable to open the container preferably by means of a foot treadle.
