Abstract INTEGRAL SHAPED ARTICLES ARE MADE OF COMMINUTED RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM PARTICLES BONDED TOGETHER BY THE PRODUCTS OF THE REACTION BETWEEN ORGANIC ISOCYANATES AND WATER. THE ORGANIC ISOCYANATES MAY BE MODIFIED WITH A HIGH MELTING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN WHICH IS REACTIVE WITH THE ISOCYANATES AND/OR INERT INORGANIC FILLERS.
