Abstract
Abstract An apparatus for physical exercise having a handrail carriage, a foot-slider carriage and longitudinal track guide means along which the hand rail carriage and the foot-slider carriage are slidable relative to one another. The apparatus may further include means for retaining an adjustable drag or resistance between the handrail carriage and the foot carriage.
