Abstract A LOW FREQUENCY BAND-PASS FILTER IS OF A CONSTRUCTION INHERENTLY PROVIDING A SINGLE PREDETERMINED OUTPUT MODE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS OF FAILURE OF ITS INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS OR COMBINATIONS THEREOF.
