EACH OF THE RING MEMBERS HAS A DOWNWARDLY EXTENDING OUTER PORTION FOR DIRECTING AIR INTO THE COVER OR HOUSING AND ALSO PREVENTING RAIN OR SNOW OR THE LIKE FROM ENTERING THE COVER OR HOUSING AND A DOWNWARDLY EXTENDING INSIDE PORTION FOR DIRECTING AIR DOWNWARD ONTO AN ENCLOSED TRANSFORMER AND ALSO TO PREVENT FOREIGN OBJECTS FROM BEING INSERTED INTO THE COVER TO HOUSING.
