Abstract A CENTER-OUTPUT FLUID FLIP-FLOP IS SWITCHED BETWEEN ITS TWO STATES BY BACK PRESSURE SIGNALS ACROSS ITS CONTROL PORTS REPRESENTING SUCCESSIVE TEETH ON A ROTATING WHEEL. NORMAL FLIP-FLOP OUTPUTS ARE SUPPRESSED, AND THE OUTPUT SIGNAL OCCURS ONLY WHEN THE FLIP-FLOP CHANGES STATE.
