Abstract
Abstract In a circuit assembly having matched signal transmission lines, and which may include semiconductor devices, one face of a substrate member has signal conductors cooperating with a common conductive plane in the form of a metal plate and the plate is mounted so as to span the conductor-bearing face of the substrate member, a dielectric medium filling the space between the plate and the conductors.
