Abstract COLORED IMAGES CAN BE PRODUCED FROM A PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE SILVER HALIDE EMULSION LAYER AND CONTAINING DIFFUSIBLE DYES OR PRECURSORS OF DYES THAT CONTAIN GROUPS RENDERING THE DYES OR PRECURSORS CAPABLE OF POLYMERIZING AND THUS BECOMING DIFFUSION-FAST UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF OXIDATION PRODUCTS OF SILVER HALIDE DEVELOPING AGENTS WHICH OXIDATION PRODUCTS ACT AS INITIATORS FOR THE POLYMERIZATION.
